    Four in Sao Paulo (one of which you will be jet lagged) and six in Rio. Take a trip out of Rio to Petropolis for one day. Friday is the best day at Lagoa.

    Very interesting posts! Thank you. I, too, have been considering Colombia. But, I must say getting robbed twice makes me wonder about Medellin. Did you have any problem with altitude sickness in Bogota? Did you consider Cartagenia?
