  17. Flakka has been around for a while. It's really bad news. Thankfully it's mostly just kids in their teens/eary 20s using it.

  19. Quantum certainly isn't keeping me from this site. That said the new iOS operating system has built in controls to keep you from certain sites you have to turn off.
  20. I've been able to get on all my sites with Quantum and am also curious what you are having trouble getting on?
