I am not sure how the Muslim world changed in the last 50 years but as of now, many "straight" men are up for some fun as long as they are a top. It seems the sexuality boundary for them is really blurry. If one is into a straight acting and looking men, I doubt anywhere else in the world offers a better place than the MENA region. There are a few places near thermas you can leave your luggage for 5euros. Just search online and you will get them. You can pay some online or on site by cash or credit card

The problem with a lot of spas in these countries are done by either Filipino or Thai guys, not very attractive compared to the ones you get in Thailand and the Philippines. It is very rare arabs do it and offer extra service. Not saying it doesn't happen but it is really challenging to find them. Where was your therapist from?

In my recent visits this year, including this month, I never had a discussion about price and paid 50 after the deed, not even a single complaint or argument when I paid. Everyone seemed happy. They usually ask if I have been to the sauna before when I talk to a guy I never talked to before. That might be a reason...but I also know they talk to each other and if I have a good session with someone, his friend always comes to me and becomes a lot more persistent.
