The problem with a lot of spas in these countries are done by either Filipino or Thai guys, not very attractive compared to the ones you get in Thailand and the Philippines. It is very rare arabs do it and offer extra service. Not saying it doesn't happen but it is really challenging to find them. Where was your therapist from?

In my recent visits this year, including this month, I never had a discussion about price and paid 50 after the deed, not even a single complaint or argument when I paid. Everyone seemed happy. Are you sure you went to the right sauna j/k. I have never seen asian escorts there but I did see some Asian clients. Still, price negotiation like that is non existent in my opinion. Usually Wednesdays attract a good amount of boys but I haven't been there on Wednesday for a while. It's true that the quality has gone down after covid but I am not sure if that is the case this year only. I visited thermas recently on Thursday with the lowest possible hope because it is just after the client day and before the weekend but I did have two hirings, both from Colombia. In Egypt I haven't seen any hammam for play but there are some massage places that offer some extra. I feel the same way in Morocco but I was never able to try out many hammams in Morocco.
