In Egypt I haven't seen any hammam for play but there are some massage places that offer some extra. I feel the same way in Morocco but I was never able to try out many hammams in Morocco. Ok I recently got a Facebook feed about this red uncle saga from China. Apparently some 40yo Chinese guy dressed like a girl and used online dating apps to hook up with some straight men and video recorded all of his encounters and released them online.
