As a Chelsea resident for over 20 years I can definitely attest to the dramatic changes that have come with the gentrification of the neighborhood.  Oh how I miss Blue Moon for the best bottomless brunch ever!  I was never really cruising in Chelsea tho - there were always far better places for that to me probably because I'm not into the typical Chelsea boy type.  Almost all those guys have moved to Brooklyn, Jersey or Hell's Kitchen so the neighborhood is now far less interesting but prior to covid there was still a very active cruising scene on 8th ave mostly surrounding the booth shops and the few remaining gay bars. 
Its been fascinating to see... glad I got my rent regulated apt in the 90s otherwise I would never be able to afford to stay here.

Circumcision is literally the first act of child abuse. You don't need your earlobes and men don't need nipples but we don't cut them off.  The fact is that the foreskin is there for multiple reasons. First it protects the glans. Second it has more nerve endings than the rest of the penis so getting cut means missing out on a great deal of pleasure . Third the friction dynamics of fucking are directly impacted in a negative way- with natural dicks the friction is primarily inside the penis- the skin stays in and the pipe goes in and out of it. Once cut the friction is skin on skin which is less pleasurable for both parties and increases the likelihood of tearing for everyone involved.  
You can restore your foreskin but those nerves are gone forever unfortunately.  I implore every parent I know to leave their sons intact. Its only been so pervasive because of organized religion, medical ignorance and fathers wanting to (a) have their sons look like themselves and (b) not wanting to have to teach their sons how to take care of their dicks.  

I'm usually good with 30-45 minutes but I have a bud who literally takes 3 to 4 hours. I have to admit although i cant do it very frequently because I just don't have the stamina I really appreciate it when I get it lol
