Vinapu kindly provided the answer in the second post. I am not aware of any rule which says people can't wear underwear on stage, or essentially the same clothing they wear on the beach. The boy drinks in the Jomtien host bars vary between 140 & 160, with 150 as the norm. The boys get 50 or 60 baht per drink. In many of the bars, that's all they get from the bar, so they can come & go as they please. I agree the prices at Pikkys are on the high side. I usually tip 200, or more if there for several drinks.
