    Just wishing to bump this. Which spas have the twinks / bottom boy types? And is it easy to find a place that can legitimately do a professional massage and deliver on the 'happy ending'? Or am I shooting for the stars here?

And has anyone tried tantric massage in any of the spas? I see a few offering them. Any recommendations? Thanks a bunch!
