Nate Silver has said a few interesting things about a "blue wave." He's characterized it as more of a "red undertow" than a "blue wave." The reason every Democrat running for office wants everyone to listen to The Great Incompetent and vote like it was him on the ballot.
The other Nate Silver musing I thought was interesting is that the "blue wave" is strongest in "red" states: Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Alaska. Ohio. Places that believed the lies and - as more rural states - are facing the record breaking diesel prices of $6.50+ per gallon. Prices that are a direct result of the actions and whims of this madman in the White House. But a blue wave in a "red" state would need to be a tsunami to make up the voting deficits of 12+%.

Or there's the current White House crime family plan. Get rich through illegal payments to lie about having had sex with any of them. Yuck.

It's not much of a backstory. Steven often writes long essays, dense with facts with sources attributed, and postulated opinions, and many people on here (my included) will "mock" him for his verbosity. Another person on here deliberately name calls and attempts to trigger people. The insulting posts are very boring.

When Senator Feinstein was showing up addled in a wheelchair to the Senate, Democrats were amongst the people who were saying it was time for her to retire. She was in better shape than Mitch McConnell is, she never disappeared for three months. Not a single Republican in the Senate has said anything about McConnell.
A big difference between Democrats and Republicans, Democrats have the ability to self-reflect and speak publicly and not walk in lockstep. Republicans don't seem able to do that.
