Any suggestions for Georgia? Cities, ways to meet guys, etc.

I have a thing for the tracksuit-wearing, sleazy gopnik-types. I’m not looking for the clean-cut BelAmi types. I’m really into the sort of brutish-looking Slavic guys. Attaching a random picture I found online of the type of guys I’m looking for lol. What are the best destination for these men? I’d go to Russia itself but that’s obviously out of the question at the moment for your average American. Any destinations/tips/advice would be very appreciated.
