  1. I have rarely seen such an adventurer. For the strip clubs in Canada to the saunas in Brazil. From the temples in Thailand to the streets in Columbia. I have to say, I am inspired by your willingness to travel to new places, see new things and meet new people. It is all very impressive! Oz
  2. Apple just recently shipped its 100,000,000th Ipod. It seems like just yesterday that I got my first one and then a Nano and then a Video IPod. It seems that I have bought my fair share of the 100,000,000 but I am glad I did. I don't know what I would do if I had to travel overseas without one. I have been on planes where I did not see anyone sitting in my section that did not have on an IPod. Pretty amazing in just 5 years! http://news.com.com/2100-1041_3-6174435.ht...3-0-5&subj=news
  3. I did love Tourch Song Trilogy and that started my crush on Matthew. I think I saw Producers at least 10 times when he was in it. He really is adorable. I am also hoping for a video clip of the Adam Smith scene. I may have yet another one to add to my list.

  7. Becoming a drag queen is all about trying to become a star, show your glamour and shake your booty for the masses. While not everyone can become a divine Miss Thang, some stars do burn brightly. It’s always good to have role models, no matter what you aspire to. So in that vein, we’d like to give you the low down on some of the most fagulous dragtastic queens ever to grace the thrown. These ladies of the night thrill our hearts, harden our cocks and make us cum back for more! Prepare to get divalicious! Miss Understood Alex Heimberg, from Levittown, New York, turned himself into Miss Understood in the early 1980s and became a star at the fabulous Wigstock Festival. She is the spokes model for Screaming Queens Entertainment. She has appeared in To Wong Fu, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar, Sex and the City and HBO’s Dragtime. Lady Bunny Also known as John Ingle, Lady Bunny is a fixture in the Atlanta gay and drag scene and the founder of the Wigstock Festival. She came out of the same drag culture as the fabulous RuPaul and is known for her disco dance song parodies. Lady Bunny looks a lot like Pamela Anderson and was at the g- girl’s (genetic girl) hilarious roast. She is a fixture on Pink TV and has appeared in To Wong Fu, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar, Peoria, Babylon and Wigstock The Movie. Her most famous song is “Shame! Shame! Shame!” Divine Divine is probably the most well known drag queen outside of the gay community. She has been featured in nearly every single John Water’s film, including the infamous Pink Flamingos and the more mainstream Hairspray. Unlike many drag performers, Divine made no attempt to be attractive at all. In fact, she was morbidly obese and wore makeup like a six year old girl on acid who had just stolen her mother’s purse. In 1988, Divine almost broke into mainstream television when she was hired to play Peggy Bundy’s mother on Fox Television’s Married With Children. Unfortunately, she unexpectedly died of sleep apnea at the age of 42 before filming could begin. Still, Divine remains a drag icon and an inspiration to us all. She proved that you don’t have to be beautiful to be fabulous. Dame Edna Everage Dame Edna, known in the straight world as Barry Humphries, is the most famous British drag queen. She’s older than most of the panty princesses and is known for her lilac and grey hair. Dame Edna is played for laughs, and unlike many other drag performers insists that Humphries, her creator, does not exist. Harvey Fierstein Harvey Firestein straddles the line between ultimate gay camp and full on drag fagulousness. While not always in drag when he is performing, he always projects a strong feminine side. Fierstein became famous in Broadway’s Torch Song Trilogy. Since then he has been featured on The Simpsons, Independence Day, Cheers, and the remake of The Year Without A Santa Claus. Firestein also wrote the classic drag musical La Cage Aux Folles. Lypsynka Born John Epperson, Lypsynka, is a Mississippi native known for singing along to outrageous classic musical standards. She first came to fame as a member of New York’s Vampire Lesbian’s of Sodom. Her latest victory was playing the Wicked Stepmother in Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. RuPaul RuPaul came out of the Atlanta gay and drag community and became a superstar with top 40 singles and MTV videos that let the world knew he was ready to be loved. A fabulous black queen, RuPaul has never been as catty or bitchy as his sisters and has in fact told people that they should all “love one another.” He has recorded “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” as a duet with Elton John and been signed to a model for MAC Cosmetics. She is most famous for appearing on VH1 in “The RuPaul Show.” The Lady Chablis The Lady Chablis is famous for her appearance in the Hollywood movie “The Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil.” She is the most famous drag queen in Savanna, Georgia, and has taken the step of becoming a pre-opt transsexual. She has yet to say whether or not she has had the full operation. These are just a few of the fabulous drag queens that have come to warm our hearts and stiffen our cocks! Get ready to put your make up on and maybe one day you can join their royal court! Madam Ovary aka TotallyOz cc 2007 Drag.com
  8. Sorry for the log out. I can't wait to hear your report!!
  9. I spoke to Athan just before I left LA 2 months ago. He was doing great. I have been trying to get a date with him for a while and he never has time. He does not respond to e-mails often and he is very busy with school. Don't think someone is dead just because they don't respond to a potential client. If that were the case, I would be twink-dateless many times.
  10. This season is great. I have really enjoyed the characters and the plot. I love the cross-dressing father in law, the blond slut seducing her neighbor, the gay former hooker son, the label queen who steals dresses from her date's ex wife and all the stories in between. Wow. I have been enjoying it!
  11. Both. If it is a new guy for me, I am often not willing to pay for airfare until I know them. If I am close to them, I will hire them for a few hours first. If I have to pay for the airfare, I ask for ID verification and I book the ticket myself. That being said, I don't often hire someone with that I have not seen without a good recommendation from a friend. Often, I'll tell the escort to check with the other client and ask about me. I am sure they tell them they can trust me and that I am very easy as a client. It really all depends on where you meet someone and how you know them. If I just saw someone off an escort site I wanted to hire, I would likely not just fly them to me. I would ask Marc Anthony or someone else to visit with them on their travels and tell me about them. haha But, there have been some cases that I have flown to see the escort. I have often hired through escort services and feel much more comfortable with this with someone I have not met. I have used Campus in NYC and Premiere in Philly and 2 agencies in Chicago that are no longer in existence. I have little problem hiring from a service. For an independent, I really am leery if I don't know them or if a good friend doesn't know them.

  14. LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Same-sex couples who want to exchange vows in front of Cinderella's Castle now have the chance. The Walt Disney Co. had limited its Fairy Tale Wedding program to couples with valid marriage licenses, but it is now making ceremonies at its parks available to gay couples as well. "We believe this change is consistent with Disney's long-standing policy of welcoming every guest in an inclusive environment," Disney Parks and Resorts spokesman Donn Walker said Friday. "We want everyone who comes to celebrate a special occasion at Disney to feel welcome and respected." The company said it made the change after being contacted by a gay couple who wanted to use the wedding service, which offers ceremonies at Disneyland in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disney's cruise ships. The service offers flowers, dining, music and many optional Disney touches, from ceremonies in front of the parks' iconic attractions to having Mickey and Minnie Mouse in formal wear as guests. The packages start at $8,000 and can cost more than $45,000. Groups not affiliated with Disney have held annual "gay days" celebrations at Disney parks for years. Company officials have taken a tolerant attitude to the weekend, allowing party promoters to rent out parks after hours and rebuffing religious groups that condemned Disney. In 2005, Southern Baptists ended an eight-year boycott of the Walt Disney Co. for violating "moral righteousness and traditional family values." http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/04/06/disney.we...s.ap/index.html
  15. Thanks for the input. We would really appreciate any other stories or experiences you have had there and are willing to share with us.
  16. I have to admit, I am often at a loss of words to deal with the Rico report, and all the names that have changed over the years. I never really did understand what was happening and what the feuds were over. I really did not and still do not. I do wish somenone would PM me and tell me the story. I don't need all the details but enough to understand who is who and what is what would be greatly appreciated as I often feel like an idiot when I read about all these people and know nothing about any of it.
  17. I have flown guys in for various trips for a long time. One thing I have done is that I find an airfare for them and tell them to book it. When the get to me, I'll pay them for the the fare when we get to the hotel room. I don't pay for that fare in advance. If it is someone I know and have been with several times, I may pay for the airfare myself and when I do this, I use miles. That way if they cancel, I can call and cancel and get my miles redeposited. When you deal with younger guys 18-25, you really have to be careful. Often it is not out of meanness they don't show, it is lack of organization, motivation or even having a bad hair day. All of those are just part of the experience. I have rarely been jilted with overnights or with weekend guests. It has happened but it is rare. Last year at Carnival, I took a 19 year old muscle boy from Sao Paulo to Rio for Carnival. I have been with him 40 times in Sao Paulo. When he got to Rio he was so excited and happy. At night, he got sad. The next day he was crying. He wanted to go back to Sao Paulo. He was really sorry but said he wanted no money just to go back. I said fine. I gave him his rate for the 2 days and a ticket back to Sao Paulo. He was very homesick. I had book 2 nights at Carnival and one night at Scala Gay with him and another boy. His ticket was used by someone else. But, at a cost of 7500 Real per ticket, it was a shame to spend it on someone other than the one I wanted to spend it with. Shit happens. I have seen him since and we have had a wonderful time. He says he wants to go back to Rio with me but I have yet to let that happen. I will one day but not on such an expensive weekend. I suggest that your experiences are not unique. It happens. You have to just be willing to go with the flow and move on from there. To help with this, come up with a plan of action where you are not out all your money up front for someone coming to you.

  19. Sorry, GB. A blackberry is a little device used as a phone and an office manager. It takes your e-mail from e-mails accounts and pushes it to your phone as soon as they are received. The way a blackberry looks is like a little phone but with a different key for each letter so it is similar to a smalll laptop. It works anywhere in the world. So, I could be sitting on Jomptien beach and as soon as an e-mail comes to my inbox, Blackberry pushes it to my hand held unit. It makes it easy to respond very fast. It is used mostly for business people so they are always reachable via e-mail. check out: http://www.blackberry.com

    Skype

Vonage is the same. You pay a set price for a phone for unlimited calls in USA, Canada and EU. They provide you with a phone modem that is connected to your broadband. You connect a phone to that and you have a USA number. You can add on a fax line, toll free numbers, etc. Calls to overseas is cheap but not as cheap as Skype. You can also add a virtual phone that is only on your computer with another number addition. I have used this for many years and normally am happy with it. It works well as when I travel I hook up a fax machine to my Vonage modem and a phone and I have an office anywhere I travel. Skype seems to be improving each day. They have many add ons that I like. They have added a wifi phone that works like a cell phone with any wifi connection. I have not looked at iconnectthere.com but will take a look. It is pretty amazing what one can do with technology these days. I can't wait to try the new Iphone from Apple.
