February 27, 201610 yr I think important criteria are how often people come and for how long they stay. If a young Thai frequently visits Singapore and maxes out the time he's allowed to stay, it's a reasonable assumption that he either works there illegally or is wealthy enough that he doesn't need to work at all. I once knew a Thai girl who frequently freelanced in Singapore. After a number of trips, they questioned her and she was denied entry.
