September 12, 201610 yr i have a dtac prepaid sim, and it does not allow me to call the toll free number saying my account hasnt been setup. do you know how to set up this sim? thanks
September 14, 201610 yr Usually 800 toll free numbers are working only in a country of number and SIM origin - in your case 001 is USA. In very rare cases owner of 800 numbers allowing international calls (i.e. from SIMs issued in other countries) - they are expensive for owners of numbers. upd: sorry for my limited English, I'm trying to say - in 99% cases it is up to owner of 1-800 number if it will be allowed to call to their 1-800 number from abroad cuz they have to cover cost of your call to their phone company.
