I'm guessing you mean having your ear canal flushed free of build-up? There are home kits you can get from the pharmacy, but if not someone will probably suggest a clinic. You could always call one of the hospitals in Pattaya and ask if they have an ENT (ear, nose & throat) specialist who can do it. Doubt it'd cost much. 

 

I've seen the "dry" procedure done often enough in barbershops while I've been in there getting a haircut... that entails someone shining a light into your ear while you're leaned back in the chair, and (hopefully) carefully - using a thin pair of picks and tweezers - pull any deposits out. I've never had the nerve to try it, myself.

After a haircut in the Dusit Thani barber shop, the barber put the electric light up and stated to clean my ears. Usually after a long flight I have some build-up, so I did not stop him. It can be a very sensual experience with the nerve endings there being abundant, He seemed to do a good job, even showing me the result of a particular dig. I was most relieved

The kit does a good job and it's very inexpensive. If it's been years, see a doctor to do the flushing.

Actually, there are drops one can place in the ear and let sit for ten minutes. A dose or two of those clear the buildup without the fun of someone digging into you ear!

Any of the clinics on South Pattaya or soi 17 will do an ear rinse for you

Usual cost is 4-500B - I always end up having to get one after Songkran - to clear out all that powder that has been blasted in there by water pistols!

Yes indeed. I like to use cotton buds for cleaning my ears, and I the best ear cleanings where better than the worst sex I had.
