March 2, 20188 yr I seem to remember a case 15+ years ago where the dead body of an Asian man was found in Pattaya but had no identification. The Police concluded that the dead man was Cambodian. Why? He was wearing no underwear under his jeans - and no Thai would dream of going out without wearing their underwear! Thai Logic!
