September 2, 20188 yr There is a stall near to the escalator on the first floor of the Royal Garden Plaza (Beach Road Side) that sells all sorts of drinks and supplies that is popular with the body builders.

In Bangkok, pretty sure there's a shop on the corner of Suan Plu soi 6. Can't comment on what brands or prices. Don't know if you've already tried, but the food market downstairs at Siam Paragon tries to carry a little bit of everything. September 2, 20188 yr You can buy ‘Meiji High Protein Whey, 25 g at 7-11 anywhere. Meiji is a Japanese Food manufactures brand but locally produced. I tried chocolate flavour it’s tastes ok.
