I plan to bring some poppers for personal use on my coming trip to Bangkok. I saw poppers been sold a lot in Bangkok but not sure if i can bring them from outside to Thailand.

That's a serious question as i dont want to be in trouble under Thai's drugs law :D:D:D:D:D:D:D.

Poppers are illegal in Thailand.

You can buy them in Thailand just like  e-cigarettes are widely sold but it doesn’t mean they are legal.

I strongly recommend not to bring them.

You occasionally see poppers being advertised by Thai boys logged onto Planet Romeo. Also a few years ago they used to be offered on the Jomtien gay beach, but I’ve not seen that recently. I suppose the risk of of being caught bringing them in at the airport must be near zero. I did that several times years ago when I was a user, but I worried that an off boy would report me.

Considering how easily and widely available poppers is, I suspect (but do not know for a fact) that it's illegality is not the same as "real" drugs. Illegal is not the same as illegal... This requires and warrants some more research for the so inclined.
You could also just put it in some other (cosmetics) bottle to disguise it and prevent it from being found by a superficial search at customs (I've NEVER been stopped and searched at Thai customs though)

You didn't have to tell them that you brought it in, just say you bought it at a sauna in BKK which is perfectly plausible.

I saw them all the time in Mania, 39 underground, on Grindr, facebook, twitter of Thai boys but i didn't know it's illegal in Thailand. Google search showed some very old info and troubling-joking comments,  not serious info i need. But i think poppers illegality seems true when considering their e-cigarettes ban.

I dont want to risk my year-end short break for them (though poppers give so much  fun). To be honest, i did consider to purchase it from a Thai's web (meaning not bring them from outside to Thai) but to warrant my vacation, i gave that idea up. 

Anyway, without poppers, boys still good =))

I suggest u buy it in BKK and use it immediately just 2 be sure...Mr. Sex God let me use his poppers and I think its for all his other costumers so surely it will all be consumed by the end of his trip in BKK.

When I was a user I used to invite Asian boys to share with me which they occasionally did and used whilst having sex. But I can’t think of an occasion when a boy offered And I don’t really know how prevalent popper use is within the Thai gay community.

Yeap, i got it properly right. Anyway, skip it while in Thailand.

I always bring 4 bottles of "Incense" or "Sock Deodorant"  with me to the Philippines and never had any problems. I have one HOT Pinoy Friend who begs for them!!

I cannot use them anymore. I need my ED Meds, Cialis, and the two are not good to combine. So I just let my Guys enjoy!!
