November 9, 201114 yr I guess everything truly does happen for a reason. If my personal situation hadn't gone down the shitter, I would be on my way to Thailand right now.. And as anyone who watches world news (or reads the boards here) knows, Thailand is suffering from a major flood right now. My prayers are with all of the people over there for safety and health. I still hope to make it to Thailand eventually, but it has just been set back for awhile..
November 9, 201114 yr Mine too. I talk to the BF's today and they said they both knew people who have died. It is going to get even worst IMHO because of the disease.
January 5, 201214 yr Active Members Word is that the flooding is now stopped and things have returned to normal- except for tourism, which still lags.
