Very interesting article. Thanks for posting. If this turns out to be the silver bullet it will be a fantastic achievement on par with the Salk and Sabin vaccines and the small pox vaccine. Hope it comes to pass for all the lives it will affect for the good.

Not to worry, some of the other STD's will become more resistant to drugs and no doubt once again become the scourge they once (and always) were.

However, that does not mean I am not all for a successful vaccine.

Well, who else would it be given to? The same illogical remark could have been made about penicillin on so many different levels. Isn't this a big argument about those against the Plan B pill?

it COULD be the end. it's not FDA approved yet. Just approved for human trials. There's a difference.

it's still years away from full approval in the event it actually works. in the meantime, be safe and make still make good decisions.

I just worry because I notice that already the younger generation seems less interested in condoms. You see in other forums young guys calling HIV "Gay diabetes" and saying "I know I'm going to get it eventually so why try to avoid it."
