"Being Human" on SyFy

Featured Replies

Vampire (hottt vampire) living with a werewolf and a ghost. Anyone else watching this show on SyFy? It's a remake of the UK version. In this case the US version is soo much better than the UK version. I really think the actor playing the vampire is hot.

I watched the first season or two of the UK version, have been so sick of vampires and werewolves I didn't even make it through one episode of the US version.

It's actually good?

Yes it is actually good. The new season introduces a female "mother" vampire, similar to the elder vampires in other series. And her daughter will become the head vampire in Boston with the main character vampire helping her which will probably mean a love interest. It's just a different twist on the vampire story.

But I understand your feeling of getting tired of this stuff. Twilight is so awful that I'm sure anything that might be good will be over looked. I'm probably in vampire overload watching the Twilight movies, this show "Being Human" and "The Vampire Diaries" and "True Blood". And of course I'm looking forward to Tim Burton's "Dark Shadows" with Johnny Depp this May.
