Joan Rivers & team announced these as their top 3 worst dressed for last evening. And they picked Heather Morris from Glee as the worst dressed.

My choice for WORST DRESSED for the evening was Kelly Cuoco from "The Big Bang Theory". The dressed looked like shag carpeting. I liked what Joan Rivers said about it. She said, "It was too ball gownsy, but I'm more amazed that she found a designer who could attach all of those tampons to it!". LOL

Joan Rivers & team picked the following for the Best Dressed of the evening. And the Evenings TOP BEST DRESSED was Ashlee Simpson (surprisingly) - Joan's choice.

I had two BEST DRESSED of the evening: Angelina Jolie and Meryl Streep. Angelina always wears either black or red and she does them both so very well. And finally Meryl Streep was in a gorgeous gown that really showed her beauty and was age appropriate for her.

There were others worth noting for being not quite right. Who wears a pantsuit to a red carpet event? I guess Rose Byrne does. She is from "Damages" and "Bridesmaids".

There were some men worth noting as well last night - especially the GLEE crowd.
