February 3, 201214 yr Active Members Was just reading something about how Stephan Colbert's PAC is doing a great job embarrassing them and drawing attention to the politicization that drove the Citizens United travesty.
February 5, 201214 yr I think it all comes down to Kennedy. Roberts, Scalia, Alito and Thomas obviously will vote against it. Ginsberg, Sotomayor and Breyer will vote for it. Kagan may have to recuse herself. Kennedy will likely be the deciding vote. If Kagan recuses herself, the vote will likely be a tie. If she does not, it wins.
