June 5, 201214 yr Active Members Alan Turing, father of computer science. A martyr to his refusal (inability?) to live in the closet. Neil Patrick Harris "Oprah Next Chapter" did an hour long interview with Neil, his fiance, David Burtka, and their two kids at their home in the Valley. I saw the show last week and was much impressed with how the couple presented themselves. For a pair of actors, they came across as remarkably sane, decent and everyday kind of people.
June 8, 201214 yr LOL, what about Bugs popularizing the full tongue male/male kiss? The Brattle Theatre in Cambridge (our Cambridge, not the Brits') runs a "Bugs in Drag" compilation once a year. Ever a tad startling to be reminded there were enough of those episodes to add up to a feature-length show.
