January 9, 201313 yr Active Members I treated my sister to The Book of Mormon last night. I was able to attend the production with the original cast about a year ago, and what a difference. The current cast isn't "bad," but the 2 original leads were far superior.

January 15, 201313 yr Active Members Just saw the touring company this month in Portland. As a former Mormon, I almost wet myself with laughter. There were so many "inside jokes" that I'm sure many people wouldn't get subtle references. Looking forward to seeing the Broadway cast during my NYC tour in April.
January 16, 201313 yr Active Members I caught it in LA, the theater and acoustics left something to be desired, but overall I loved it. I'm sure those who've had closer experiences with Mormons get even more out of it.
