Here is a great, easy recipe that will make even those who do not like Brussel Sprouts enjoy them. Cut the sprouts in half, toss them with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread them out on a pie tin or cookie sheet and roast under the broiled until tender. Some of the outer leaves will blacken which is just fine.
