I am asking the same question again, I guess! Does anyone have info about Le Boy? Is it closed for good, or will it reopen ? Where do people go now ,when the saunas have closed and after dinner ? Le Boy was a place where there was a lot of eye candy and sometimes some interesting garotos and gorgeous go-go dancers. It will be very dull in Rio, if there is no real good hang-out late at night, apart from the bars in Lapa.

The general consensus on tourist sites such as vamosgay dot com is that le boy is le history. A resurrection, facsimile, etc to fill the vacuum is likely not forthcoming. It was an evolved infrastructure challenging to replicate or transplant. The Facebook page is gone, further corroborating the RIP status and the need to progress from denial to acceptance.
