Have any others found work-arounds for Planet Romeo with escorts?

Of course the app doesn't allow escort profiles to been seen anymore. It used to be with Romeo Uncut you could have a message to/from an escort and still open their profile from the message. Evidently Uncut doesn't work like this anymore.

Escorts will still open on the Windows desktop version but I don't pay the high fees for Plus and so I am now limited to 50 saved favorites, meaning no new adds. I can start a conversation with one and get/send messages even on the app but on the desktop only new messages show unless I open one's profile and go to message history. That's cumbersome with the odd names they choose and frequently change. 

I use Romeo a lot to find new guys and also to see where they are traveling when I travel. These guys are very mobile. 

How can I get more favorites or connections without paying for Plus on the desktop and how can I get their profiles to open on the app if I know them? Any tricks I'm missing (pun).

and Friday night I got 20 something spam messages on PR to "open my private photos here....."

Sorry about your problems, tasso. I also use Romeo a lot, I do NOT have a Plus membership, and have not encountered any difficulties as long as I use the classic version of the site. I hate their new interface, which I find cumbersome, cluttered, and user unfriendly. Let's see how long before they delete the old one.....

I agree with Numerito. I also just use the Classic version.

I also sympathise with Tassojunior: I've never understood why escorts change their 'stage-names' but the guys in Prague do have this in common with the working guys in Buenos Aires.

You have to use the classic version or you have to wait until 2018 to see the escort prifiles again.

You can find them easily if you search for the profile number, even if they have changed their names.

Looks like even the classic version is pointing to their beta version now for the escort section. Can't figure out how to search escorts at my travel destinations beforehand now. 

I have a PLUS membership, so I can't speak to problems occurring without it, but the new interface is indeed incredibly poorly designed. You click on Q in the main menu for escorts, but navigating locations, which used to be so simple in classic, is now a mindf#$%k. I worked it out after a while, but it's such a poorly designed new interface.

Peter803, I, too, experienced the same problem during this past weekend.  I sent a message to the providers but have not gone back to see if I received a response from them.  I want escorts internationally, not what I'm sent after clicking on "Escorts."

The work around is to go to your profile and change your city to the one you are interested in and then click on Hunqz by distance. You can keep numerous cities in your profile to switch between.

Right now they have certain cities at the bottom in a short list. Obviously, this isn't enough.

I actually like it better now that I've used it. Any new format has a learning curve and the old format was outdated and cluttered.

On the new one, the photos are a hell of a lot better and at least seem to be more recent. 

Even with the free version, I can easily save 50 favorites and contacts. On the old version even if I deleted some I couldn't add more after the 1st time hitting 50.

The messages window looks like other social media now. (Although messages now disappear after a week!). The best part is all my contacts show up easily with one click.

As I mentioned above, for now, to search other cities you evidently have to change your location to that city, choose Hunqz, choose distance. PITA I'm sure they'll fix.
