It’s not over by a long shot. New York Attorney General Schneiderman Has filed suit against the FCC. On top of that Congress would have to have the last say. I have confidence were going to win this.

I agree in whole.

The economic disruption this policy change would create is what I think will undo it.

Business today depends on the Internet. To have Internet access fucked with in this way will not be tolerated by the Big Businesses -- the retailers, banks, manufacturers, etc etc who depend on it; and whose collective lobbying clout on K Street eclipses that of the telecoms.
