Was off the site for months, thought it was gone...

Several months ago I stopped being able to get to the site.  I'd thought it'd happened once before and corrected so this time when it didn't I thought the site was gone.

When I got the email reminder today I tried again, same error.  Tried incognito and it worked.  Went in and deleted the cookies for just this site and it works again in normal Chrome browswer.  

Wonder if anybody else is caught up in that?
