Apart from the bathtub which is not available in the standard cabins, every else they do is available in every sauna in Brazil, just ask. And if you really want the bathtub experience, chose a boy and bring him to your hotel (choose a hotel room with a bathtub obviously).
March 30, 20188 yr Active Members Chili Peppers in Sao Paulo is a gay hotel/sauna with private suites with Jacuzzis. You can find a boy on premises (not rent boys), or, more wisely, bring your own. Of course is more expensive than a regular suite at other saunas.
