Yes, I do blame everyone who continues to support this president for the bombs and the recent deaths. Yes, his supporters have this burden to carry. They know that their continued support will result in more violence but they don't care. They may say they don't condone murder or violence. But, saying you don't support hate and being anti-hate are two different things.
