Now the new Congress in 2021 must change the entire immigration situation as well as give all DACA recipients a true pathway to citizenship.
June 18, 20206 yr Active Members There's still a suit by Texas and other states to block DACA as unconstitutional in front of the same court that blocked DAPA (for parents). May not be out of the woods yet. https://www.texastribune.org/2018/05/07/texas-lawsuit-daca-dapa-ken-paxton/
