certainly he doesn't look abused or neglected and since he has tracking device, chances are transit people there know but may prefer not to make it public so celebrity dog has some privacy and quiet moments

Street dogs are a way of life for Istanbul 's residents, many of whom feed and support them.

 

I feed my dog turkey rather than beef.
