Maybe large hotels? I had a massage in the spa near Pereira, Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal (I had a hotel credit to use) and all masseurs I saw were ladies. I was quite bored. The thermal pools, views of the mountains and waterfalls were absolutely worth the trip.
Maybe its easier to find a guy (easily doable in Cartagena), take a hot shower together (spa part) and then whatever you like 😀.
