I would like to change my twice yearly trips to Thailand one year to another destination and I really like dark skinned guys so im thinking South America,or even some parts of Africa.

Latin American countries would be great.

I would say picking up boys is just as easy. But, there is much more danger to being in Rio than Pattaya. However, if current crime trends keep rising in Pattaya, that may be a non issue in a few years. I have never felt unsafe in Pattaya. I do in Rio. But, my BF there is 6'4" and solid mass of muscle and no one messes with him. The saunas are 100 percent safe to be in and take someone to a room. However, many try to pick up guys on the street and that is where trouble begins. IMHO
