Who has been to SPAIN?

Featured Replies

I know SPAIN is a favourite for many U.K people.

Does anyone had any luck with male go go bars, saunas, rent boys there?

What is the best City in Spain and is it a expensive place?

Sorry, I'm an American and my trip was about 5 years ago, but I think the basic info still holds true.

Both Madrid and Barcelona are great cities with very active gay scenes, including rent boys. Both are considerable more expensive than Thailand, but not outrageously expensive.

For rent boys: There is a bar called Black & White in Madrid and Thermas Sauna in Barcelona (you can stay at Axel, a very nice gay hotel not too far from there). Most of the working guys are from eastern europe & Brazil. At thermas sauna I met a very hunky Hungarian porn star.

Try CruisingForSex or Squirt, both have extensive info on both Madrid and Barcelona. There are also a couple escort sites for Spain.

If I can help with any other info, please message me.

Can't recommend both cities highly enough - truly two of the great cities of the world.

I haven't been to Spain in 30 years, but I loved Valencia.

Was in Madrid in August for the second time and Barcelona 3 years ago. Both are fantastic cities. Sorry I have no information on gay venues but njjim's suggestions will definitely yield fruit. Both are cruisy cities; they're also 'must see' cities. I got good centrally located 3-star hotels from internet travel sites at very reasonable rates. Transport is not difficult as both have extensive metro systems and you can purchase 1-day and 3-day passes (and probably also weekly ones). I found food to be the most costly item, and so I made sure I had buffet breakfasts built into the hotel price and then ate as much as I could

Well Spain sounds like undiscovered territory.

I saw a travel show last night showing the "running bull" parade.

i think this is july every year?

Certainly sounds a place to check out.

I know most british people use it as a regualr holiday place.

Im sure theres some great looking Spaniard boys available somewhere there.

Never been to Madrid so cannot tell you much

If you want to run with Bulls (4 Legged)then Pamplona is the place to go.

2 Legged Bulls... Barcelona is pretty cool and very gay, lots to do there during the day as well, take the Red or Blue line tourist bus and they basically bring you to anything worth seeing in the city.

There is a resort town about 10 miles outside the city called Sitges, it has to be the gayest town in Europe, no point in telling you where to go in Sitges because pretty much everywhere is gay.

If you are down south on the Costa del Sol then I suppose Torremolinos is the place to go, Most of the Gay scene there is in or around the Centre Nogelara not sure of the spelling! Up the coast about 20 min drive is a small port called Cabopino, there is a gay nudist beach there with plenty of action in the Sand Dunes I like it a lot! We bought an appartment there a few years ago, without knowing about the beach, imagine my delight when we found it!!

Hope that helps you, I love Spain and in general the scene is very friendly, like anywhere if you have a few words of Spanish it goes a long way but most everybody speaks fluent English.

By European standards Spain is not expensive, but obviously very expensive compared to Thailand. Also watch your pockets in the bigger cities, but then that goes for any city in any country.
