January 25, 201016 yr Probaly moral of the story is,take your own washing to the laundry. Even where hotels have clear pricing for laundry, it can be as much as 3~4 times the rate around the corner. As far as the tip for the hotel staff, well surely 1 hours salary should be sufficient -ie about 30baht? No need to use a prostitutes pay scale.

Based on what I wrote above, you felt guilt because that's what you decided to feel despite the fact that you had no reason to feel guilty. I am totally with GB on this one. We all create our own reality - our own destiny, if you prefer. So if we feel guilt, it is because this is what we want to feel or have decided we should feel.
