As far as I am aware, there are 15 odd bars currently "For Sale For The Right Price". BC Bar was for sale for years before they decided to throw the towel in and shut up shop. While some bars might not be doing well, I think it's important to remember that even in low season, some are doing just fine with their regular expats and sprinkling of tourists. It's not all doom and gloom.
