Hotel with pets

Does anyone know a decent hotel in the Patpong Gay area that allows a small service dog? We tried Tarntawan and no. If you have heard of such a thing I would appreciate it

One can apply search in Silom and quite a few pet friendly familiar names are popping out - Red Planet, Quarter Silom, Quarter SalaDaeng , Trinity Silom etc.
