Botanika is a somewhat upscale spa with another location in upper Surawong opposite Soi Thaniya.

It appears to be staffed exclusively by ladies but serves both sexes. Basic oil massage for one hour is 700. 

This one has offers lux foot and leg massage chairs.

The challenge—if you choose to accept it—is to predict the future of this occupancy.
 

Forget what Green and those other places charge, but I think you can get 2 hours at those places for about that amount, no?

.....they'll lower their prices to stay in business, it's Patpong, people looking for bargains not "Spa" rates or close if not, which is most likely, because of Thai mentality, lol

Maybe they're trying to go after the Prime massage market but they'd have to build a reputation first....🤷‍♂️
