Most sex-liberal countries for us oldies?

Someone wrote me something to the effect that east european countries r more conservative than brazil.

My initial thought was: probably all the countries in the world save two (thailand, colombia) r more conservative than brzl.

Question: which countries would u put in the 5-7-10 short list?

Dominican Republic? Cambodia?
