For tourist guide services I wouldn't consider the sex apps as platforms for marketing. He will only get attention from guys with more interest in getting him into bed than actually hiring him as guide/paying for guide services. Not the way to get serious customers.

IG /Instagram should be more effective. Look how Felipe in Bgta does it (his IG is tourguidebogota).
