Visited the hamman Les Bains Guerins in Tunis last month. Over the 3 hours there, I'd say around 30 ppl around.  From from the older probably closeted married guy to the younger openly queen guy. 5-6 visitors were quite fit (and very hot in my views). In short, the usual varied crowed for such places in Northern Africa/Middle East. I believe most know what's going around and are going for that in mind, but with limited private space, action might be challenging. Hook-up is definitely possible. Many seems to be regulars. Prepare your money (6 Dinars) since the cashier tends to raise the price for foreigners (a guy I meet inside told me an Italian he hooked up with there was asked  10 times that price). Note that the current location on Google map is slightly wrong: it's in that same street but 100 m down and on the other side. There is a sign, cannot be missed, the small street is very quiet.

Any other similar places to recommend in Tunisia,  Algeria or Egypt ?

Updated information on Morocco ? (the hamman Laafou in Marrakesh - very similar atmosphere/crowd - has been closed for 2-3 years now)

In Egypt I haven't seen any hammam for play but there are some massage places that offer some extra. I feel the same way in Morocco but I was never able to try out many hammams in Morocco. They all are very public but I did get some eye contacts from some guys there but I didn't feel like it was giving anything sexual, maybe just a look at a tourist 😆 

There is 1 in Agadir. I posted info about it February in the “Agadir Visit” thread 

I don't recommend that type of hammams in Tunisia as they are for distinct gays only. You can't find straight sportive guys there.

Go to hammam Zriba, select good looking guy out of range of masseur available and request a private massage in a dedicated area. You can suck him and even more

I just wanted to know if in the dedicated area you have to start with the massage or if (and how) you can go directly to option 2 ? 
is this second option very expensive ?

I don't know the exact price level but I am pretty sure it costs under 50 dt. Book a private cabin in advance. Best time to visit is from October to April 

hammam zriba is about 1 hour driving from tunis.  Right?
