Accomodation tip for Tunis, Hammamet or Sousse?

I'm will soon be visiting Tunisia, so I'm looking for accomodation tips (for discretion of the owners can be send by PM).

I hope to stay in Tunis and Hammamet (or) Sousse.

Maybe some people had an accomodation without a guard or withi private entrance?
