I don't know if every membership plan on Grindr gets the video live chat but I found it useful twice last week 

I had no idea there was a Grinder live chat video button until someone here told me after my run in with a guy in Bangkok last year who had pics of himself topless wearing a army uniform who looked like a real man.

I was staying in the Tartawan at the time ,the reception rang me to say he was coming up 

When the knocking on the door I immediately opened to see a 6ft 3 ladyboy who stormed past me without even saying anything and went straight into the toilet slamming the door where I could hear him shitting in the toilet 🚽

The room was smelling bad 👃👃as he came out , to cut a long story short he was given 200 baht to leave in which he argued before the security came up 

So now I use the live chat 

I used it last Saturday,

At first he said his live video chat wasn't working but I persistent he finally answered ,he  was a guy who was clearly "off his face ' 

I thought his English was bad on the apps but it was clear he was on something 😱

The next one was a beautiful muscle African guy asking me to send money for his " uber " fare to my hotel 

I'm thinking they don't have uber in Thailand 🤔🤔

I go onto live video to see a guys very skinny legs but no face ,I can't show my face in live video he said 

 

 

 

 

Best idea to prevent somebody unwanted to enter our room is to meet them in the lobby or even better on the street so if things don't work, at least you have some level of protection against nasty surprises. 

Video call is great but it's not unknown to scince that it may be somebody else, not actual guy, answering it, to which at least two of our past and actual members can attest. 

We should keep. In mind that this is two-sided coin as guys, are in the same situation and person opening door may not be one whose pics was in the profile.
