Overall I had no need for the paid guys yet and had only one paid experience in SD so far, the guy from Grindr said he didn't need money although I suspected he was a ppg  but he was actually straight watching straight porn when he arrived. On a side note, Grindr feature called "right now" does wonders here - use it for yourself and to explore those willing to meet even from far away. Both paid and unpaid.
