What is a reasonable tip for the guys coming around at the end of the big cock show? All of them appear and while I want to tip them all, it becomes expensive giving everyone a 100 baht note, and more so if I visit two or three bars in a night. Some even come back a second time for another tip during the same walk around. It also seems unfair to the guy who sits with me for a drink who stays a while and I tip 100-200. Any advice?
