December 12, 201312 yr Did not visit but located place. Is on ground floor of the second highrise in the City Court complex on the 'wrong' side of Rama 4. Cross the street by pedestrian bridge across from Soi Ngham Duplee of Malysia Hotel fame, go toward highrises - these are called City Court, in first one you have 3 massage places / Sawatdee, Candle T , Candle Paradise/, in the second one is Sanctuary by A. Very interesting area as is seems farangs are rarity there even if it's just steps from busy and cosmopolitan Rama 4. No boys outside so you need to enter lobby as in other mentioned places in the area.
