Unless you have reason to believe the boy deliberately deceived you, since you did take him off I think that obligates you to give him the full tip amount whether you engage in sex with him or not.  It's not his fault you didn't notice his flaws or what you don't like about him until after you took him off.  As long as he's getting his money, which is the reason he went off with you in the first place, he'll be happy.  You could always say you're just too tired now or something.  After all, you're the one who took him off. 

 

On the other hand, if you know he deliberately deceived you, that's a different story.  In that case, I don't think you owe him anything at all.  I'd give him taxi fare just to get rid of him, but nothing more.

1 If the boy is not as expected because you didn't check him out, or because of poor light in the bar etc, I think you need to pay the tip, as that's your responsibility..

2 If he's a complete dud & making no effort, send him away before anything happens with a severely reduced tip.

3 If he deliberately deceived you, e.g. is 10 years older than his GR profile claims, he shouldn't even get his taxi fare. After all, he's the one wasting your time.

There is an exception.  I've posted about this before.  I had an experience on Gay Romeo when the boy who showed up was not the boy in the photos.  He wasn't even close.  I guess he was a substitute or something - who knows?  I would have sent him away, but as it turned out, I liked him far more than the boy who was in the photos.  He ended up with a much better tip than I had in mind for the boy in the photos.
