November 23, 201312 yr Secrets recently had a birthday party for "Oh" the owner and over 100 people attended this party. A great time was had by all. Highly recommend this bar, CU bar and So Be It to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. IMHO the best location in Chiang mai to meet cute Gay boys. Very friendly crowd with many regulars who bring their friends.
May 29, 201412 yr This bar has also moved our of the night bazaar area and is now next to CU Bar on Chayapoom Rd which is on the East side of the moat.. However the small soi off the road is not marked so the best way to find it is to ask to go to the Disco Spicy, when you reach spicy walk with the flow of traffic and you will see this sign next to what looks like a dead end alley. Trust me it opens up and there you will find both bars filled with customers.
October 22, 201510 yr Secrets has moved yet again. Oh still there and very personable. Farang bf/owner there earlier in the evening as bar stays open late.
October 22, 201510 yr New location is on the south side of Soi 6, Charoen Phratet, about 40-50 feet west of Charoen Phratet road and immediately next door to the new RAM bar on the corner. As to be opening "late", all the bars are closed at midnight around here (although there seems to be some lingering to finish already-ordered drinks up to about 1AM).

As to be opening "late", all the bars are closed at midnight around here (although there seems to be some lingering to finish already-ordered drinks up to about 1AM). From the horses mouth, Bob.Owner said Secrets stays open to the wee hours, discretely, lights low, gate lowered. He said his bf, Oh rolls in around dawn. He said it wasn't worth the risks.
October 26, 201510 yr Orion Bar is open, with some shutters down till 4 or 5 every day. Some boys from the gogo bars sometimes make an appearance when their business is closed. It makes for a lively evening.
January 2, 20179 yr If I remember correctly Secrets had the front spot with a pool table as you entered the former location where the bars were behind the N.Bazarre. It often had many guys till early in the morning. As I have heard how the scene has gteatly diminished the lack of current posts on CU and Secrets seems to reflect this...Too bad.
November 3, 20178 yr Secrets bar is now on Charon Prathet Soi 6 next to Ram Bar. Still has pool table. Not many in (boys or customers) last night at around 2300 when I stuck my head in.
