October 16, 201312 yr Fair play to the guy, brave thing to do - but crazy that the guy ended up stabbing his boss because she "scolded him"about his work - that certainly puts a whole new chapter on "how best to handle a disciplinary meeting with badly performing staff" - where perhaps the Thai management book should now say, a) firstly are you SURE you really need to and secondly b) if so perhaps it might be best to make sure that your car door is opened first and that if things get crazy you start running before they do ! Although to be fair to the poor victim it sound like that's exactly what she did do and he still ended up murdering her :-(
