Details: I'm not sure where/how I first met Kong but it was before I arrived. He had requested that I add him on Skype and I am VERY happy I did. Sometimes he is slow to respond and isn't much for long chats on Skype but many times it was because he was working. I don't recall seeing a profile on GR. I knew Kong would be in Lao in January, and I had my visa run on Jan 31, so I asked him if we could meet in Vientiane.
